Shipping Timeline
We aim to deliver your ONUF shoes within 7-8 days. Each pair is carefully handcrafted, and while we work efficiently, every shoe is made especially for you.
Order Confirmation & Cancellation
After you place your order, our customer care team will reach out to you via email, phone, or WhatsApp to confirm your order. If we don’t receive a response within 48 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Should you decide to cancel your order, simply get in touch with us at customersupport@onuf.in or call/WhatsApp us at +91-9724300293, but please do so before the order has been dispatched. Once the order is on its way to you, cancellations won’t be possible.
Also, feel free to modify your order once during the confirmation call if needed.
Delayed Dispatch
If your order is delayed for any reason, we’ll do our best to get it to you within the expected delivery time. If your order hasn’t arrived when you expected it, please reach out to us at +91-9724300293 or customersupport@onuf.in. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note: Once an exchange is initiated, no further returns or exchanges will be accepted. Items purchased through Sale or Lucky Size offers, as well as custom or made-to-order products, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Shipping Costs for Returns
If you request a return and it does not meet our return policy criteria, ONUF will not approve it. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for both the delivery and return shipping costs.
