RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At ONUF, we’re committed to delivering premium footwear that blends style, comfort, and craftsmanship. While every pair is carefully inspected before dispatch, we understand that returns or exchanges may occasionally be necessary. Please review the following policy to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.
Return & Exchange Timeline
Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery for concerns such as size, fit, or any valid reason.
Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect product received.
Requests beyond this 3-day window will not be eligible.
Tip: If possible, please record a short video while unboxing your shoes. In case of any damage or incorrect item, this helps us process your claim faster and more efficiently. It also supports your request by providing quick, clear evidence.
Product Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange, the shoes must be unused, with no signs of wear, scratches, or sole marks. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the box, inserts, tags, and protective wraps.
When trying on your shoes, we recommend using a clean or carpeted surface to avoid any sole marks or creasing.
Items Not Eligible for Return / Exchange
Requests made after 3 days of delivery for exchanges are not eligible. Shoes that show signs of use, damage, or are not returned in original packaging are not eligible.
Items purchased during Sale or Lucky Size offers, as well as Custom-made or Made-to-order items, are not eligible.
However, we do facilitate exchanges for sale items in case of defects or size issues—subject to stock availability.
Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, email customersupport@onuf.in with your order number, reason for the return or exchange, and clear photos of the item if applicable. Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps.
Upon approval, our delivery partner will arrange pickup of the original item. The replacement will be shipped after the returned product has been inspected. Approved exchanges are shipped at no additional cost.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in cases of damaged or defective products or incorrect item received. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days via Store Credit or Bank Transfer, as per your preference.
Final Discretion
All return and exchange requests are subject to evaluation by the ONUF team. We reserve the right to accept or reject any request based on the policy outlined above.
